THE MAGAZINE
of THE KINTYRE ANTIQUARIAN
& NATURAL HISTORY SOCIETY
WebEdition39 / March 2000 Produced Bi-Monthly
Welcome to the thirty-ninth WebEdition of The Magazine.
This is the last of the monthly editions of the Magazine. After this edition, the next online Magazine will be posted in May. As ever, lack of material forces me down this path. By changing to a bi-monthly Magazine, I can keep us going a wee bit longer, and have time to scan and collate the generous gifts of articles and material from some of you good folks out there.
The March edition, however, contains some pretty good
reading. Wee Drams, Janet Morrison, Heather McFarlane and now, presenting
us with an article for the first time, Harold Ralston, with some superb
letters from the past.. There is the usual high standard of AIB writings,
Angus Martin's view's and some more from the hard-copy Magazine. Have a
feast and I'll see you again in May.
Until then, look after yourselves and always:
