THE MAGAZINE
of THE KINTYRE ANTIQUARIAN
& NATURAL HISTORY SOCIETY
WebEdition 40 / May 2000 Produced Bi-Monthly
Welcome to the fortieth WebEdition of The Magazine.
It seems like forever since we last spoke, but it's only been a couple of months. This edition - I think you will agree - has been worth waiting for. Most of the content has been supplied by some really great people. I've had a grand time reading it all my self, and I know that you will too.
Other Airts and Pairts Page:
From an idea arising from conversations with Janet Morrison, David Whitehead, Iain McKenzie and
Jean McKay Harnick, I'm thinking of adding an 'Other Airts and Pairts Page' which will give some of
our readers the chance to write about their particular area wherever it is in the wide world - whether
just around the corner in the UK - or elsewhere on the face of the Earth. So, if you want a page in
the Magazine to feature where you live, its history, its traditions or whatever you like, then start
e-mailing me now!
Until the next time,
Ca' canny
